I’ve noticed a recent trend over the past year, and it’s not a good one…

Everywhere you turn, people are being infected with a victim mentality, and no one wants to take responsibility for their decisions, actions, or lives.

Nothing is their fault, and when something doesn’t go their way, they are somehow a victim and someone owes them something.

I see these people show up in my inbox everyday in the form of refunds.

Refunds are a normal part of every single business. Amazon, Zappos… They have entire departments dedicated to handling customer refunds.

But my industry is a little different… People aren’t returning shoes because they didn’t fit, or a toy because it was broken.

They’re returning something they consume… Knowledge. And not because it didn’t deliver or even exceed what was promised… But because they were too lazy to put it to use, and they don’t want to take responsibility for whatever excuse they’ve created not to take action.

Producers like myself who put out the best quality products in the market always offer a guarantee when you buy our products. That guarantee is there in order to promise you one thing… That you’ll get the information and training we said we’d provide.

That’s it.

It’s not a guarantee on a result, or that it will change your life.

The only thing in the world that can change your life, is YOU.

And yet these people literally put the expiration date for the guarantee on their calendar. If they don’t take action and use the information… If they don’t do the WORK and put in the EFFORT… They want a refund.

And that ladies and gentlemen… Is the definition of a LOSER.

They go through the course. They take the knowledge. And then they don’t take action and want a refund.

And what’s worse, is that many of them buy these products with the FULL INTENTION of asking for a refund, regardless of the quality of the product, for one reason:

“Mike’s been successful and made money, and I haven’t yet. So I’m going to buy his products, take all of his knowledge, and then get my money back because I’m broke and he owes people like me.”

Screw that.

That is abuse and THEFT.

No one in this world owes you ANYTHING.

I’ve been broke. I’ve done my laundry at a laundromat with rolls of quarters. I’ve been to a pawnshop to get money for food. I’ve lived in an empty $300/Mo apartment with no furniture.

The change in your life that you seek will not come from taking advantage of others. Period.

Want to know how many information products I’ve asked for a refund on in my life?

ZERO. NONE.

I didn’t do it when I needed them money, and I never will.

Why?

Because I will never ask anyone else to take responsibility for my decisions except me, and ironically, that’s the primary reason I was able to dig myself out of that position, and eventually achieve the success I wanted.

If you are one of these “serial refunders”, I want you to listen to me closely…

LOSERS are people who refuse to take responsibility for their actions.

LOSERS are people who take value from someone without compensation.

LOSERS are people who focus on scarcity instead of growth and abundance.

LOSERS are people who makes EXCUSES for their decisions and lack of execution.

If you are one of these people who constantly buy someone’s products knowing that you’re going to request a refund even when you got what you paid for… If you put the return deadline on your calendar so you can leach every drop of value from a merchant until the very last moment…

You are a LOSER!

Are you offended? GOOD! That’s my goal because I do not want you anywhere near me or my business.

You are a leech, and a THIEF, and this is all a big waste of your time and mine. You will NEVER have success or prosperity in life because you do not take personal responsibility for any part of it, and I have no interest in participating in your diseased mindset.

My community is for SELF-MADE men and women who are doers, who value what they learn, who take action, and ALWAYS take personal responsibility for their decisions.
